Nowadays, cardiovascular diseases are becoming an increasing threat not only to the elderly but also to young people. Unhealthy diet, sedentary lifestyle, chronic stress, and widespread bad habits contribute to the early onset of these diseases. This research focuses on identifying the causes of cardiovascular conditions in youth, exploring early diagnostic tools, and proposing effective preventive strategies. The study aims to promote awareness, encourage a healthy lifestyle among the younger population, and reduce complications through timely diagnosis and intervention.
